Ivanka has over 15 years of experience in counselling adults, children, adolescents and families both locally and overseas. Her experience has given her the opportunity to develop a wide range of clinical skills. Ivanka is a very warm and approachable psychologist and focuses on her client’s strengths to understand their problems and empowers her clients to work with their strengths.
Ivanka is trained in a range of counselling methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy (working with negative thoughts), Mindfulness (Relaxation training) and Solution-Focused Therapy (behavior change). She also is experienced in multi-systemic therapy which focuses on working with families to create lasting change. Ivanka also speaks Serbian.
Janet Pinto Correia
As a registered clinical psychologist, Janet Pinto Correia has a decade of experience in providing counselling and support to adults, couples and families.
Janet’s calm and non-judgmental approach aims to support her clients to address their concerns and she has successfully assisted in the treatment of depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addictions and PTSD.
Janet is trained in a range of counselling methods including cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is committed to using evidence-based methods that create real and ongoing change.
Jodie has been a registered psychologist for 25 years and has graduate diplomas in both counselling and organisational psychology. She has worked for years with individuals in the oil and gas industry. Jodie’s style of counselling is warm and practical, and she values getting to the problem quickly and providing her clients with the necessary skills to move forward.
Jodie uses a range of counselling methods, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (working with negative thoughts), solution-focused therapy (problem-solving) and mindfulness (relaxation training). Her practical therapy style addresses short-term aims whilst working for long-term solutions. Jodie is available for one-on-one, work-related and relationship counselling.
