Viviana Jancso

Viviana is an experienced registered psychologist with a Masters degree in psychology and over 20 year’s clinical experience working with adults, adolescents and children. Viviana is a warm and approachable psychologist and has worked with a range of adult issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, pain management, motor vehicle injuries (MVA) and workers compensation matters.

Viviana is trained in a range of counselling methods including cognitive-behavioural therapy (working with negative thoughts), Mindfulness (Relaxation training), Solution-Focused Therapy (behaviour change), Relationship Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or DBT (borderline personality disorder), Schema Therapy (families) and pain management techniques. Viviana is also completing a Law degree and speaks Italian.

 

 

Selena Ong 

Selena is a registered psychologist who has also has nearly completed her specialist registration as a clinical psychologist. Having worked in both private, organisational and hospital mental health settings, Selena provides therapy to children, adults and families. Selena relates to people in an empathetic, non-judgmental, and encouraging way. She is very passionate about guiding others through life challenges and helping people discover their potential for a happier and more meaningful life.

Selena uses a range of approaches including brief Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy.  She has experience in working with psychological problems such as depression and anxiety, grief and loss, stress and anger management, relationship difficulties, trauma, as well as learning and behavioural difficulties. Selena can also speak Malay and Mandarin.

 

Bridget Visser

Bridget is a highly skilled registered psychologist who also has a Masters degree in clinical psychology and is currently completing her registration in that specialist title. Bridget has experience in providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families and has specific training in mood disorders and substance use and is passionate about the prevention of increasing life satisfaction and fulfillment.

Bridget has a practical down to earth approach and is trained in a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (reframing unhelpful thinking styles), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (working towards a values-driven life), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (working with emotional vulnerability), and Mindfulness (paying attention to the present moment). She matches evidence-based treatments with her clients for long-term growth.

 

 

Ian Holbrook

Ian is a registered psychologist with a warm and engaging approach to therapy and is able to work with young people and adults. He is able to address such issues as depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, substance abuse, self-esteem and anger management. Ian helps people to live balanced and fulfilling lives through effective counselling and is committed to his client’s wellbeing and self-care.

Through a therapeutic solutions-based approach Ian is able to guide and support lasting and meaningful change. Ian draws upon cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic approaches, solution-based methods and goal setting to assist his clients. Through choosing the right approach for each person Ian has helped people to return to work, address interpersonal relationships and achieve personal and professional growth.

If on Beeliar Drive turn right into Hammond Rd, if on North Lake Rd turn left (coming from Cockburn Central).There is ample free parking, go upstairs and take a seat in the waiting area (we are next door to Ignite). From Perth or Mandurah: Catch Train Mandurah Line to Cockburn Station Platform 2 (18 mins from Perth). Bus from Cockburn Central.
